Zaposleni odrasli provode vi\u0161e vremena rade\u0107i nego bilo koju drugu aktivnost tijekom svog budnog vremena. Na bezbroj na\u010dina i u najboljem slu\u010daju, posao mo\u017ee osigurati sredstva za \u017eivot i biti izvor smisla, svrhe i radosti. Me\u0111utim,&nbsp;<strong>Svjetska federacija za mentalno zdravlje<\/strong>&nbsp;(World Federation for Mental Health) isti\u010de da je za previ\u0161e ljudi posao daleko ispod potencijala, ne uspijeva pobolj\u0161ati kvalitetu \u017eivota i naru\u0161ava mentalno zdravlje i dobrobit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tim povodom&nbsp;<strong>Savez dru\u0161tava distrofi\u010dara Hrvatske (SDDH)<\/strong>&nbsp;u okviru projekta&nbsp;<strong>\u201eHit je bit` mentalno fit \u2013 2\u201c<\/strong>, kojeg provodi u partnerstvu s&nbsp;<strong>Dru\u0161tvom distrofi\u010dara Zagreb<\/strong>, odr\u017eao je inspirativno online predavanje pod nazivom&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Mentalna higijena i mentalno zdravlje na radnom mjestu&#8221;<\/strong>. Predavanje je obuhvatilo klju\u010dne teme o va\u017enosti dobrog mentalnog zdravlja na poslu, isti\u010du\u0107i kako dostojanstven rad mo\u017ee pozitivno utjecati na zaposlenike, pridonijeti njihovom osje\u0107aju svrhe, samopouzdanju i osobnom rastu. Sudionici su imali priliku saznati vi\u0161e o tome kako zdravo radno okru\u017eenje ne samo podr\u017eava produktivnost, ve\u0107 i sprje\u010dava rizike poput preoptere\u0107enja, nesigurnih uvjeta i diskriminacije. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na prakti\u010dne korake koje prema smjernicama Svjetske zdravstvene organizacije poslodavci, vlade i sindikati mogu poduzeti kako bi se stvorilo pozitivno okru\u017eenje, uklju\u010duju\u0107i fleksibilne radne aran\u017emane, ja\u010danje socijalnih vje\u0161tina i pru\u017eanje podr\u0161ke onima koji se suo\u010davaju s psihi\u010dkim te\u0161ko\u0107ama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istaknuta je neraskidiva veza izme\u0111u tijela i uma, gdje jedno izravno utje\u010de na drugo. Odr\u017eavanje dobrog mentalnog i fizi\u010dkog zdravlja \u010dini nas spremnijima za suo\u010davanje s izazovima i stresorima, bilo da se radi o svakodnevnim te\u0161ko\u0107ama ili ve\u0107im \u017eivotnim krizama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predavanje je zaklju\u010deno poticajnim savjetima kako u u\u017eurbanom svakodnevnom i radnom ritmu prona\u0107i vrijeme za brigu o mentalnom zdravlju. Va\u017eno je planirati trenutke opu\u0161tanja i refleksije, smanjiti vrijeme pred ekranima i koristiti te trenutke za sebe, dok razgovor s bliskim osobama mo\u017ee dodatno potaknuti pozitivne promjene. Mentalna higijena i briga o mentalnom zdravlju na radnom mjestu, nisu samo obaveze ve\u0107 prilika za pobolj\u0161anje kvalitete \u017eivota i rada stvaraju\u0107i zdraviju, sretniju i produktivniju zajednicu.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sddh.hr\/userfiles\/images\/WhatsApp%20Image%202023-09-29%20at%2014_14_11.jpeg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:142px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><em>Projekt \u201eHit je bit&#8217; mentalno fit &#8211; 2\u201c financiran je iz prora\u010duna Grada Zagreba, a odobren u okviru Javnog natje\u010daja za financiranje programa i projekata udruga iz podru\u010dja za\u0161tite zdravlja iz Prora\u010duna Grada Zagreba za 2024.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ovogodi\u0161nja tema obilje\u017eavanja Svjetskog dana mentalnog zdravlja&nbsp;&#8220;Vrijeme je da mentalno zdravlje na radnom mjestu bude prioritet&#8221;, poziv je na akciju koji odjekuje u cijelom svijetu.
