U nastavku provođenja aktivnosti na projektu „Nasilju NE – toleranciji DA“ provedene su edukacije u Osnovnoj školi Bartol Kašić (3.D razred), Osnovnoj školi Medvedgrad (8.A razred) i Osnovnoj školi Julija Klovića (8.B. i 8.C razredi). Učenici su u prvom modulu Let's familiarize ourselves with the rights learned about the Convention on Children's Rights, the Convention on Human Rights and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, in the second education module It's different cool they got acquainted with the differences of children without developmental disabilities, especially with muscular dystrophy (MD), while in the third module NO violence učenicima predstavljeni oblici vršnjačkog nasilja, razlike između nasilja i sukoba te im je predstavljen kviz „STOP vršnjačkom nasilju”. Učenici su pogledali edukativni animirani whiteboard video SDDH o toleranciji različitosti i prevenciji vršnjačkog nasilja koji kroz priču o Juliji i Janu ocrtava probleme vršnjačkoga nasilja, posljedice koje ono ostavlja, ali i načine borbe i suočavanja, te prenosi snažnu poruku da se vršnjačko nasilje savezničkim snagama može zaustaviti.
The education was conducted by Dragana Budimir, SDDH expert associate - psychologist, and all students were given pink balloons and pink T-shirts with the message "STOP PEER VIOLENCE" so that they could mark the National Day of Combating Peer Violence - Pink T-shirts Day in their school.
The project "NO TO VIOLENCE - YES TO TOLERANCE" was financed from the budget of the City of Zagreb, and approved within the framework of the Public tender for financing programs and projects of associations in the field of social and humanitarian importance for improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities from the Budget of the City of Zagreb for 2023.
For many years, SDDH has been implementing numerous projects and programs in the field of prevention of violence against and among children and young people, with the synergistic action of state and public institutions and civil society organizations.
